What is the most popular package?

A lot of my past clients in the last couple of years were trying to choose from the 6 hours photography + highlight video and 8 hours photography. I think this is because the weddings in the past couple of years had a fairly limited number of guests so 6 hours or 8 hours were often long enough. However, I think going forward it’ll change drastically depending on the number of guests at the wedding.

If more than 100 guests we usually suggest two photographers and you can decide if you want just the photography or videography.

What does 6 hours day look like?

6 hours would be perfect for a simple wedding with around 30-100 guests.

What does 8 hours day look like?

8 hours would be perfect for a medium size wedding with around 70-200 guests.

We only need you for four hours, do you offer any discount?

6 hour packages are designed for between 4 hours and 6 hours, so please select 6 hours package.

For example, if we were to hire you for 10 hours for both photography and highlight video by two photographers and would like an engagement session near Las Vegas, how much and when will we be paying?

For something like this, we would first offer 8 hours Photography + Highlight Video Package, which is $5,700. From there we would extend two hours. For Eugene, it’s $400/hour and 2nd shooter will be $150/hour, so it’ll be $1,100 ($800 + $300) extra. In that package, we offer a 50% discount and an engagement session near Las Vegas starts at $650 so although we would have to finalize in pricing depending on your vision, if we were to say $650, you will pay $325. The total would come out to $7,125. You will pay $2,850 (50% of the package) upon booking as a non-refundable retainer. $325 two weeks before the engagement session and the remaining balance of $3,950 two weeks before the wedding.

We want actual film of our wedding, like 10–15 minutes long, can this be done?

We offer an add-on called dedicated videographer. This will be an addition to the number of photographers you are already hiring. If you want two photographers and a dedicated videographer, that’ll be three photographers and videographers. The dedicated videographer will enable you to get audio sound as well as capture important moments throughout the day. With a dedicated videographer, we usually create 6-10 minutes. If you would like to extend the film length, we can do that too.

Re there any other costs than the packages and add ons?

Our past clients have spent more money on purchasing albums. Every package includes 10 pages to the main album and two 5 pages to the parents album. On average clients spend $2,300 on albums. We have seen some big orders above $4,000 but as little as $800. This average is calculated only with people who purchased the album.

Is there a minimum number of pages for the wedding album?

Yes, both the main album and the parents’ album require 20 pages.
