The entire process was made very simple. Eugene helped me plan the entire wedding, pretty much. Contacting him throughout the process was simple, and I always heard back quickly, whether through the portal he had set up or through text messages. Eugene sends a form with questions that help you decide what you want on your wedding day. Once the time got closer to the wedding, Eugene sent me a whole day’s schedule. Eugene literally had our preview photos to us THAT NIGHT! They were everything I had asked for, sweeping vistas, stunning views and my new husband and I looking… well, great! Often Asked Questions

Yes, of course.
We strive to create a space where you feel comfortable and be you on your wedding day. We do this by getting to know each other during our consultation calls and during planning.
If you are still nervous, I have a few tricks up my sleeve, so don’t worry.

If your date is flexible, it is nice to have all four seasons to decide the best time and place where you want to elope. You can choose the colour you desire from the seasons. Some popular places can be crowded, so 18 months in advance is a good time to aim for. If you’ve passed that time, please inquire as soon as possible. This will ensure the wedding day with me.

Inquiring

Yes of course.
Depending on where you two decide to elope, some states, counties and cities may have restrictions. So, the general rule of thumb is to keep the number of guests below 10. If the number of guests is over 30 and even though you would really like to elope, you also have to do the traditional wedding, please check out the link below to see if that could be a good fit for you.

You have nothing to worry about.
During our consultation call, we can go over some sample places for you to elope and will show you both hiking options and non-hiking options. There are plenty of amazing places that require no hiking.

Yes, of course, I can.
It is one of the jobs I love almost as much as photographing you two. While locating scouting, my creative imagination goes wild, and think of this beautiful elopement you two will have. It’s a very similar type of excitement to packing bags for travel.

Yes.
This also is a great joy. Similar to location scouting or in combination with location scouting (because when location scouting, I’m looking at the sun’s angle to that point at a certain time of the day or certain season, and time gets factored into it) I run through the timeline in my head and plan getting ready and the post ceremony activities.

Adventurous elopement honestly does not get enough credit for what it is. Imagine spending the entire day doing things you love with the person you love. Shouldn’t there be someone to document the entire day? So, just like traditional weddings or sometimes even more so than traditional weddings, an entire day or even two days of adventurous elopement needs to be documented.

Honestly, I define adventure as doing something different to your daily life. I’ve had a couple from England who wanted to take photos in New York with all the tall buildings and I would describe that as an adventurous day for them.

Do Both.

Before photographing elopements, I photographed engagement sessions in nature as well as the wedding for a lot of my couples. This way, the couple was able to have their moments during their adventure elopement like engagement session and enjoy the wedding day with friends and family.
